We're sorry you're wanting to return an item - there is no stress in doing so, read on if you're in need of assistance!

We are 100% committed to your satisfaction, so if you'd like to return any products you must return it to us within 30 days.

Return Condition of Product:

  • Exact condition that you received it in
  • Unwashed

Exchange or Refund:

  • You can absolutely do this. You will have to pay for postage to get item back to us unless the product is faulty! Please send us email if doing so and ensure that it fits the 30 day period. Please check our refund conditions below to ensure you meet them!

Exchange/Refund Conditions:

  • If it doesn't match the product description on our website
  • If the product is faulty or damaged
  • If the product isn't on sale
  • 30 days since purchasing
  • Exchange only if the product doesn't fit or if you have changed your mind

If you meet the conditions above. please contact us via our contact form within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we can get this sorted for you!

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • If you would like an exchange or refund
  • The reason for returning
  • Photos if necessary

We will then send you instructions to send back to Throttle Girls. 

Please note:

  • It is your responsibility to check washing instructions on the tag to ensure you care for your clothing correctly before returning to us. We unfortunately do not accept washed/worn/damaged items. The product must be in the exact condition when receiving. If the condition of the product does not meet our expectations, we will be returning to you at your expense.
  • We do not accept products if the item was on sale when purchasing.
  • If you do not action your return within 30 days, we will not accept it.
  • We will happily refund postage costs if the product is faulty. We will not refund postage costs for change of mind or wrong size.
  • Refunds will only be made once we receive the product in our warehouse.

Please remember that we will not accept any returns unless you have emailed us with the requirements as mentioned above.
